Swing is a self-taught musician with an impressive skill for formulating melodies and lyrics into mighty pop anthems. He discovered his love for music at a young age by listening to Chicago's famed oldies station "Oldies 104.3".

Swing dedicates much of his free time to writing and recording song ideas for both the Chi-Town Kids and his side project, Lake Effect Love.
